Much of the Holy Bible was received through Psychic Phenomena and many of its stories are about Psychic Phenomena.
The Eternal Law ordained to govern all Creation is in effect today just as it was in Biblical times.
AND GOD hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, after that gifts of healings, helpers, governments, diversities of tongues. -I Corinthians, 12:28
The Bible Teaches
Spiritualism
NEARLY EVERY BOOK
in the Bible and
a large percentage of their chapters discuss matters which can be understood
only by studying them in the light of Spiritualism. In 248 different places the Bible mentions angels ministering to
man. In spite of opponents’ few
criticisms and Scripture quotations, not only does Spiritualism prove and
explain the out of the ordinary stories of the Bible, but the Bible in turn
will be found to give authority and substantiation to Spiritualism.
-1 COR. 2:10-16
Those Who Doubt the Bible Teaches Spiritualism Do Not Know About
Spiritualism
When an angel
speaks, when a man is healed, when a prophet prophesies, when a man has a
vision, when a spirit appears, then you are reading about Spiritualism. Spiritualists have experienced or witnessed
many of these same things themselves.
Do you believe from blind faith?
Spiritualists believe from their own experience! -I JOHN 1: 1-3
The Practice of Condemnation Before Investigation Has Ever Retarded
Man’s Search for Truth
Stand on your own
feet in your search for truth. None but
you is responsible for your own salvation.
Take no man’s word for anything.
Spiritualism bids you to “seek and ye shall find.” Believe not the
uninformed preachers and journalists who rant against Spiritualism, for their
words are ridiculous in their ignorance.
Try the spirits for yourself, whether they be of God. Prove all things to your own satisfaction;
hold fast to that which is good.

PHIL. 2:12. Rom. 12:2.
Jesus Promised
That “The Works that I Do” Shall Be Done by Others
When God created
the world He ordained certain laws, inviolable and immutable, by which all
things are governed. Through a
knowledge of those laws Jesus was enabled to perform “miracles.” But there
really were no miracles; He merely put certain laws into operation. They are eternal laws and they work today as
well as in Bible times. Mediums of
today perform “miracles” too, by putting those same laws into
operation.
JOHN 1:12, 14:12.
Unseen Friends in the Spirit World Constantly Attend and Help Mortals
Spiritualism
teaches that man never dies, but that he does change his state of being; that
his real work, on whatever plane of existence he may be, is to attain spiritual
growth for himself and to help others.
The “angels” of the Bible are human beings who once lived on earth who
have chosen to help others by attending mortals as guardian angels or spirit
guides. Through laws governing
mediumship they may make their presence known to the physical senses and assist
our departed friends and relatives to do likewise.
-LUKE 4:10. PSALM 91.
God’s Plan of
Revelation to Man Is To Use Ministering Angels Rather Than To Use Books
Moses had to communicate with
God’s world of spirits and to “enquire of God” to get the truth. The great prophets and even Jesus used the
same method, as did the apostles and the early Christians. But today the churches scoff at such an
idea. It is as though Jesus had said,
“I will send you high priests, popes and professors to read to you out of a
book. ” Instead He said He would send
“a Comforter. . . even the Spirit of Truth,” by which He meant, of course, a ministering angel.
Ex. 3:2,
18:15. JOSH. 5:13-14. JUDG. 6:17. JOHN 14:26.
”Upon This
Rock Will I Build My Church”-The Rock of Communication
Jesus did not say, “Upon thee, Peter will I
build.” Peter had repeatedly proven
himself untrustworthy. What rock, then, did he mean?
Jesus
had just asked, “Whom do men say that I am? ” Peter was touched with
inspiration from on high. “Thou art the Christ,”
he said.
Jesus declared, “Flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my
Father. ” In other words, “no man hath told you; you have known through
divine revelation.” This is the rock
Jesus meant, the rock of inspiration, of revelation, of wisdom brought from God to man through psychic phenomena, for inspiration and
revelation are just that. And this
“rock” has been ignored by the church for 1700 years. Small wonder that the clergy has brought forth so little
spiritual progress in seventeen centuries!
Only Spiritualism can give the original Christianity back to the world. -MATT. 16:13-18. I COR. 2:4.
Ministering
Angels Made Revelations to the Disciples
After Jesus’ Death
After
the crucifixion, the disciples and apostles both looked to psychic phenomena
for instruction and guidance. In fact
Jesus himself then became a ministering angel unto them.

28:9. MARK 16:20. Acts 4:31; 12:7;9:1-7.
Today’s Mediums
Are Following up the Works Begun by Jesus the Christ
Jesus told
His disciples that there were truths they could not then bear and promised to
reveal them later. These truths are not to be found in any chapter of
Scripture. How else, then, did He
expect them to be given except by direct revelation through psychic
phenomena! These truths are today being
given to the world through Spiritualism’s mediums.
-JOHN 16:12-13.
The Multitude
Believed Not Jesus; Neither Do They Today
Truth has ever
had a bitter struggle, whether in the field of science, sociology, or religion,
and always endures persecution and ridicule.
Jesus performed miracle after miracle-and they asked for a “sign.” He then restored sight to the blind, healed
the withered hand, raised Lazarus from the dead, and healed the multitude, “yet they believed not.” Mediums today also perform “miracles” much
the same as Jesus did, and the
multitude believes not.

Writers of Scripture were
handicapped for lack of an adequate vocabulary and often the chroniclers and
copyists did not understand the true significance of what they were trying to
record. Later translators and copyists
had the same difficulties. Hence it
would be well, in the light of modern revelation, to remember when reading the
Bible:
That the term Holy Ghost
means spirit power, spirit influence, spirit control, spirit teacher, spirit
mediumship, or spirit messenger.
That when a spirit guide or
ministering angel speaks to a mortal, the Bible term may be: The voice of the
Lord, an Angel of the Lord, God spake unto, The Lord appeared, an angel of
heaven, God came in a dream, etc.
That the Bible terms for
medium are: men of God, prophet, one who has a familiar spirit, seer, anointed
one, tongue of the learned, sons of God, etc.
That the Bible terms for
psychic phenomena are: vision, dream, handwriting on the wall, prophecy, sign,
miracle, judgment, the Lord came down in the pillar of a cloud, writing with
the finger of God, a thick cloud, the voice of the trumpet, etc.
THE TRUE CHRISTIAN CHURCH
Here is a modern translation
of the verse appearing on tile cover of this tract:
According to Divine Law there
should be in each church, workers with different talents such as ordained
ministers, mental mediums, teachers, physical mediums, healers, counselors
(readers), officers of the church organization, and trance mediums.
